Have you been practicing yoga and want to understand how to do backbends with skill and understanding of alignment?
In this workshop you will develop a better understanding of how to practice backbends and prepare your body through a full practice including:
-Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
-Upward Facing Wheel (Urdvha Dhanurasana)
